Staff Cake Walk! 🎂 🍰 🧁 Shoutout to our FUN Committee for creating Fun Friday Foyer Time! Our teachers create fun events for our students, and the FUN Committee makes sure there are fun events for our staff🎉 Thank you to the incredible staff at Jefferson for all you do!

Our school is partnering with Neighborhood Forest to
give students a free tree to take home and plant this
spring!
Tree saplings will be sent home with participating
students during Earth Week (April 22nd) 🌎

IMSA PROMISE is coming to MetroEast — DEADLINE EXTENDED!
7th-graders can join IMSA’s hands-on, high-impact Saturday STEM enrichment program — offered in Belleville and at no cost. Students will build confidence, explore real science and math challenges, and connect with inspiring mentors, peers, and IMSA educators. Please see attached flier.

It was especially exciting to see some of our former Jefferson Jaguars, now at the junior high, return to perform for our current Jaguars. What a powerful full-circle moment and a great inspiration for our students! 🐾

As we approach Winter Break, we’ve been soaking up all the fun and festive holiday celebrations happening around Jefferson!
Our students and staff worked together to create creative, festive, and fun doors that helped transform the halls of Jefferson into a joyful space for everyone this season!❤️🎨
🎶✨ Yet another incredible performance by our District 118 Band! ✨🎶
Our 4th–6th grade Jaguars put on a fantastic sing-along concert filled with holiday classics that brought so much joy to our school! 🎄🎺 The energy was contagious, and even our Jaguars who aren’t in band couldn’t help but join in—singing along and spreading holiday cheer all around.
We are so proud of our talented musicians and thankful for the festive spirit they shared with our entire school community! 🐾
