🎉 Wow, Jefferson! What a fantastic Friday as we finish our second full day of school! It is clearly going to be a great 2026–2027 school year!
We ended the day with our Back to School Assembly, where we:
🎒 Welcomed our bran new Kindergartners
🎓 Celebrated our rising 6th graders
🙌 Got our students and staff pumped up and ready to meet high academic and behavioral expectations!
We also introduced our Character Word of the Month: CARING. We can’t wait to see our Jaguars showing great character all month long, and we look forward to celebrating those caring students at the end of the month! 🐆

At the clinic, your child will be exposed to tumbling skills, jumps, cheer motions, and will learn 3 sideline cheers that they will perform at our annual Blue & White Scrimmage game! Students were able to have a fun-filled day at the park! We enjoyed time playing, having a picnic lunch, and celebrating the students who earned their quarterly rewards through their positive behavior and hard work throughout the quarter! 🎉👏

🥇 1st Place Overall in 4th Grade
🥈 2nd Place Overall out of ALL District #118 schools
AND… Jefferson brought home a trophy for the FIRST TIME IN MANY YEARS! 👏
We could not be more proud of the teamwork, sportsmanship, determination, and encouragement our students showed throughout the entire day. They competed with heart, supported one another, and represented Jefferson so well.
