I'd like to thank our Washington families and staff for a wonderful first morning. We very much appreciate your understanding and cooperation during our construction. Upon dismissal, families will again enter the building and meet your student in the classroom. Our doors will open at 10:55 this morning. The afternoon classes will use the same schedule later today. Doors will open at 12:00 for student arrival and 2:25 for dismissal. Most families accessed our playground before student arrival and it worked well. I would anticipate this schedule for the week ahead. I will keep you posted as we proceed through the construction of the parking lot. Thanks again for your patience.

The parking lot at Washington is not as far along as anticipated. The parking lot will be closed for tonight's Parent Orientation. All families will need to park on the adjacent streets near school. There are two access points to the the property through the gates in the fence on the northwest corner of the playground. We will have staff available to help guide families to your child's classroom. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding. We'll see you soon.

Please join us for Parent Orientation at Washington School on Monday, August 11th. Our staff is looking forward to meeting you. AM classes will meet at 6:00 in your students classroom, and PM classes will meet at 7:15 in classrooms. Please arrive promptly, and if possible, plan on daycare for your child/children due to available space in the classroom. You will need to access school through the doors near the ramp on the east side of the building by the parking lot due to ongoing construction. We have limited parking, but there is additional parking on adjacent streets. Enter the gym and we will guide you to your child's classroom. We'll see you soon!
