In Belleville School District #118 we are committed to fostering a sense of belonging for everyone! This year, we are focused on strengthening connections throughout our entire community. A unique part of Belleville is our proximity to Scott AFB, and we are proud to welcome service members and their families into our schools.
To celebrate this important connection and just in time for Veterans Day, we're opening an online Military Appreciation spirit wear store! Please join us in showing our appreciation for all veterans in the Belleville community. Orders are due by October 19, 2025.

Several Girl Scout troops from the Belleville/Swansea Service Unit 207 worked together to build a Little Free Library for Douglas Elementary School at an event called "The House she Built." Building the library was just one of the many activities the girls participated in to learn more about the world of construction. Thank you to everyone involved with this project!
