Periodically our school and district sends communication via phone, email, and text through a service called School Messenger. If you already received our communications via these methods, no further action is needed. However, if you are not receiving the messages by phone or e-mail, please contact our school office, so that we may update your records. It was great seeing many of you last week at orientation. We want to welcome back students Monday morning, August 21st. Thank you so much for adhering to the parking lot designations. Our main objective is to keep students safe during arrival and dismissal. We appreciate your patience!

Orientation will be Monday, August 14th at Washington School. The Orientation letter is available in the digital locker. You should have received a hard copy of the letter in the mail this week.

District #118 provides a FREE preschool program for 3 & 4 year old children living in the district. If you have a child that turned 3 or 4 on or before September 1, 2023, contact us today to schedule a developmental screening of skills for possible enrollment.

The first day of student attendance for Washington School is Monday, August 21st.
Our school office is now open. Hours of operation are from 8:00 until 3:00. We will observe lunch from 12:00 until 1:00. If you need to schedule a screening for preschool on August 17th and 18th, please call Washington School at (618) 277-2018.

Wednesday, May 24, is the last day for PreK and EC students. Washington will host end of the year celebrations on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Teachers will share times for these events. Have a great Monday!
