Happy World OT Day! Thank you for all you do for our kids!

District #118 Parents/Guardians,
Parent/Teacher conferences are just around the corner, taking place on November 6th (evening), 7th (evening), & 8th (daytime). Once again, District #118 is utilizing a convenient way for you to schedule your parent/teacher conferences through PowerPTC. We have streamlined the process for parents to access PowerPTC. Beginning Monday, October 16th, please follow the steps below to sign into PowerPTC, set your individual password, and schedule your student’s conference.
To sign into Power PTC:
Go to www.powerptc.net
Enter the e-mail address that is on file with your child’s school.
Please enter Belleville118 for the password. Even if you have used PowerPTC in the past, use Belleville118 to first sign in. This is a default password that you will be asked to change immediately upon signing in.
Enter a new password, and confirm your new password.
Click the UPDATE PASSWORD button.
*If you forget your password, go to www.powerptc.net and click the Forgot Password link. District #118 does not maintain or have access to your individual password.
The time frame to schedule your conference time with your child’s teacher through PowerPTC will open on Monday, October 16, 2023 and close on November 5, 2023. Please note that conferences are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner you sign into PowerPTC, between October 16th and November 5th, the better the chance you have to select a time slot that best fits your schedule. If you are not able to schedule a conference, please contact your child’s teacher to make alternate arrangements.
You may get reminder e-mails from the PowerPTC system regarding your conference time and date. This is not junk/spam. Please do not delete without reading it first. If you have any questions, please contact your child's teacher or the school office.
Beginning October 16th:
Log into www.powerptc.net using your email and the generic Belleville118 password. Then create your new password.
Click on the CONFERENCE SCHEDULE button.
On the next screen, click on the “Not Scheduled” link under the Appointment column.
Find the conference time that works best for your schedule that is available and click Request Appointment.
A confirmation box will appear and then select Schedule Appointment.
You will have the ability to change your selected time during the scheduling window. Just go to your conference schedule and delete your selected appointment, then select another conference time from those that are available.
If you have multiple students, select from the student names on the left, to schedule a conference for the next student.
If you have any questions, contact your child’s teacher or the school office.

Our Trunk or Treat Event is approaching quickly. I want to thank the staff for organizing this fun evening for our students and families. If inclement weather persists, all activities will be indoors.

Mobile Market is the 3rd Thursday of each month.

District 118 Needs Drive - We are collecting kid and adult socks for our district. If you would like to donate a pair, there will be a collection tub in the school foyer. Thank you for helping our students and families.

The window to schedule Parent/Teacher Conferences is open. Please refer to communications sent home, to schedule your child's conference.

It looks like fall weather is finally here. Mornings are chilly and we will go outside, weather permitting, until the temperature reaches 25 degrees wind-chill or colder. Please dress accordingly.
