Hello, Douglas families! Pictured below is the contest entry form/flyer for the Downtown Belleville Halloween Window Painting Contest. The contest is open to Belleville District 118 students in grades 2-8. Students/families/staff may also download a copy of the form from their website at: https://www.bellevillemainstreet.net/halloween-window-painting-contest. The timeline for this event will be as follows:
September 1st: Contest entry forms are available to students.
September 14th: ENTRIES DUE
September 15th: Entries will be picked up from each 118 school and brought to the Chamber office.
September 18th-22nd: Contest judging
October 1st: Winners announced
October 10th-12th: Winners paint Downtown windows

The annual Give Kids a Smile event takes place at the SIU School of Dental Medicine on Columbus Day, October 9th, 2023, where they will provide FREE comprehensive dental care to children ages 3 – 13 who qualify for their school’s free/reduced lunch program.
