Our Douglas 6th graders has been reading "Towers Falling," and learning all about the Twin Towers at the World Trade Center and what happened on 9/11. The students then became engineers, and worked in teams to plan and build their own towers with a solid foundation. Great job, Tigers! 🐯

The Barbies and Kens visited Douglas School last week to share a message about our character word of the month, respect. Among the many things we learned, one of the most important was that to get respect, you have to give respect. Thanks for the lesson, the laughs, and the great dance moves, Barbies and Kens! 🐯
