State Representative Jay Hoffman and State Senator Christopher Belt have teamed up with Meridian Health to give away 250 hams and turkeys to those in need this Thanksgiving season. The giveaway will take place at the Downtown Belleville YMCA tomorrow, Tuesday, November 21 from 9-11 am.
Information on an upcoming basketball camp at Central Jr High! This camp is open to all 4th-6th grade students. Registration is limited, so be sure to secure your child's spot as soon as possible if interested.

Today, November 15, we celebrate School Board Members Day in Illinois.
Thank you to all District 118 Board of Education members (Judi Keplar, Keith Johnson, Bianca Adams-Gaston, Byron Goodrich, Mara Hamilton, Joe Robertson, and Aaron Snively) who volunteer their time and service for the betterment of public education and all students, staff, and families in District 118. Board Members provide a local voice for community education decisions and serve an essential role in representative democracy.
