This warm weather is bringing all kinds of life to campus. We might be the All Stars but these little mascots are certainly inviting themselves over!

Did you "spring forward"?

Today Mrs. Koch's class had to find the missing number to solve the number sentence. To listen to our 1st graders reason how to find the missing number was excellent carpet discussion! We are so proud of these little All Stars!🌟

Please congratulate our February All Stars of the Month! We are celebrating some truly outstanding students who have shown what it means to be trustworthy. These students have demonstrated honesty, dependability, and the ability to make good choices, earning the trust of their teachers and classmates. Keep up the great work, and thank you for making our school a better place with your trustworthiness!🌟

Today was a fun day in PE as students got to practice setting and passing balloons! Thankfully they didn't pop! Thanks Mr. E for the creative and fun day🎈⭐️

Don't forget to wear your Belonging gear All Stars!

Shoutout to Miguel for being the Abraham Lincoln recipient of the 2025 Racial Harmony Award! Miguel shows what it means to act like an All Star and make everyone feel like they belong! Keep shining bright Miguel!

This week's "Feel Good Friday" is a shoutout to our All Star Media Club who has made our morning announcements so fun to watch! Not only that, they have made our video projects fresh and fun! Thank you Mr. Nunn for spearheading this group and to our All Stars who are so creative and make us smile!🤩🌟🎥

Due to the latest round of inclement weather, including potentially hazardous roadways and frigid temperatures, all schools in Belleville District 118 will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, February 19th. It will be a Snow Day. Stay safe and warm.

We were back at it today! 1st grade had an awesome Math lesson in Mrs. Koch's class and discussing how to use a glossary and new works in Mrs. Elmore's class. These All Stars are making every minute matter!

Reminder, no school tomorrow!

Please plan accordingly for early dismissal tomorrow!

Due to the prediction of severe weather and potentially dangerous road conditions, there will be no school tomorrow, Wednesday, February 12. We will be observing a snow day. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe and warm.

If you haven't already make it a Papa John's night!

🌟January All Stars of the Month: Celebrating Integrity! 🌟
We are thrilled to recognize our students who have exemplified the value of integrity! These students consistently demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and respect in their actions both inside and outside the classroom.
Integrity is about doing the right thing, even when no one is watching, and our students have shown us just that. These students are shining examples for their peers.
Join us in congratulating our Integrity All-Stars of the Month! Keep up the great work, and continue to inspire those around you with your strong character. Your actions make our school community a better place! 🌟🎉

This week's "Feel Good Friday" is a shoutout to our Young Authors Award winners as they we're honored this past Wednesday. An extra shoutout goes to Jordyn for "Special Recognition" and Miranda for "Best of School"! We are so proud of these students. Denver what our speaker said; "She's an author and so are you!" Keep shining bright All Stars!🌟 ✍️📚

Let’s get ready to see those 100 year old outfits All Stars!🌟

It was nice outside today and even better in Mrs. Young's classroom! Students got to work around the room during iReady and Reflex Math! They passed lessons, got their "green lights", and did it comfortably after playing hard at an amazingly warm recess! Way to go 2nd grade! 🌟✅
